General Responsibilites:
- Assist with set up rehearsal space (chairs and stands)
- Assist with tear down rehearsal space (chairs and stands)
- Assist with with taking attendance
- Assist with snack preperation (set up & serving)
- Assist with promotional displays, and passing out SBYO flyers
- Assist with poster distribution, and selling concert tickets
- Assist with selling advertising spots for the concert porgram
Specific Intern Responsibilities:
- Discreetly see that scholarship kids/parents are volunteering at least 3 times per term.
- Plan groupings for Outreach Concert events
Notes:
- Bring a good attitude and be flexible. Each week may be different!
- Bring your intstrument! You may have a chance to play as a supportive member of your section.
